About Us, the Owners

Nash Properties, LLC is solely owned and operated by John and Amy Nash. They have been renovating and renting apartment buildings in the Garden District since they purchased their first 4-flat in 1998. John and Amy believe the city has much to offer its residents and that the St. Louis community of Southwest Garden Neighborhood is as solid as the buildings that have been standing there since the early 1900’s. They have made a commitment to provide updated, well-maintained quality living space.

John has taken an active role in helping solidify the community’s future by serving on the neighborhood association’s board of directors and is currently active in the Southwest Garden Property Owners Association. He is president of the special taxing district which serves to add improvements to the area. John oversees the restoration of each building and personally provides all management services for Nash Properties.
